Co-Founder | Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Neena!

I specialize in walking alongside women navigating trauma, breaking generational cycles, and living with anxiety. If you're tired of carrying old family baggage or wondering if you're "doing it right" as a mom, you are in the right place.

I don't do the blank-stare, "how does that make you feel?" thing. My approach is highly relational, interactive, and grounded in real life. I believe that healing is hard work, but it’s also allowed to involve laughter. Yes, we will tackle the heavy stuff, but we will also celebrate your wins along the way.

I practice from a social justice-oriented framework, which means I see you as a whole person living in a complex world—we will always acknowledge how systemic realities impact your mental health. I am also deeply committed to providing LGBTQIA+ affirming care; this is a space where your full, authentic identity is not just respected, but celebrated.

I’m so glad you’re here!

Let’s get into it.
