Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences.
EMDR uses guided bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping, to help the brain reprocess difficult memories so they become less overwhelming. It can be effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional challenges.
EMDR focuses on helping you move beyond the impact of past experiences so you can feel more present, confident, and emotionally balanced.

Yes! We believe mental healthcare should be accessible. We are in network with many BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna and Cigna plans.
If you have another insurance, we are happy to provide a superbill so that you may submit for reimbursement. A superbill is a detailed receipt your out-of-network therapist gives you. You pay our practice directly, then send the superbill to your insurance company. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, the insurance company will reimburse you a portion of your session cost.
